Susi Lafaele spent her childhood and formative years on the Navajo Reservation of northern Arizona before moving with her family to St. George during in her teenage years. She often says she has an “identity crisis” and believes she’s part Navajo, part Samoan. She has a degree in English and Intercultural Communications from BYU-Hawaii. She is a member of the Red Rock Rotary Club, a former teacher with the Washington County School District and currently works as the Director of Events for the St. George Chamber of Commerce. Susi has a deep love for her community, her culture and her family.
